We organize and provide travel-related services, including:

  • Pilgrimage (e.g., Char Dham Yatra by car & helicopter)

  • Adventure, wildlife, and eco-tours

  • Local sightseeing (Haridwar, Rishikesh, Mussoorie, Dehradun)

  • Tree trekking, jungle camping, bungee jumping, rafting, mountain biking, and more
    Transportation is via our owned fleet: AC sedans, Innova/Crysta, tempo-travelers, and coaches.

4. Bookings and Reservations

  • To book, you must complete an online/in-person form, provide valid IDs (per Indian law), and pay applicable fees (advance or full).

  • Booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation.

  • Prices are based on current market conditions and may change until booked.

5. Payment Terms

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

    • No refund if within 14 days of departure.

  • Cancellation by Us:

    • We may cancel due to force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, permits, government advisories). In such cases, we offer full refunds or rescheduling options.

  • No refunds for unused portion.

  • Refund method to match original payment route.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or interruptions due to “Force Majeure” events beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, government acts, strikes, pandemics). In such cases, we offer alternatives or refunds as appropriate.

8. Customer Responsibilities

  • Carry valid IDs, passports, permits, and visas.

  • Comply with laws, environmental and religious site rules.

  • Respect local culture, environment, fellow travelers, and staff.

9. Your Health & Safety

  • Adventure and eco-tours may carry inherent risks. Participation is voluntary, and you must assess your physical fitness.

  • We may refuse or withdraw services if safety concerns arise.

10. Insurance

You are strongly encouraged to obtain adequate travel and medical insurance covering personal injury, loss, delay, cancellation, and evacuation.

11. Fleet & Transport

  • We maintain and operate our own fleet including AC sedans (Etios, Dzire, Indigo), AC Innova/Crysta, tempo-travelers (12-14 seat), and coaches.

  • Drivers are experienced, licensed, and fluent in local geography and safe driving conditions.

12. Third-Party Suppliers

We may use third-party suppliers for accommodations, guides, permits, etc. These parties must meet our standards of safety, reliability, and ethics. Our liability is limited accordingly.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permissible by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the total amount paid for the relevant trip or service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
